Paediatrics

The clinic is first and foremost a paediatric clinic for children. We have more than 22 years of experience supporting expat families from all over the world. We provide outpatient care, including chronic care, annual health checks, and limited acute care. We are located in both The Hague and Wassenaar.

In the Netherlands, children are usually seen first by a general practitioner (GP) and referred to a paediatrician only when specialist care is needed. In many other countries, however, paediatricians working in private practices function as first-line doctors for children.

The clinic works closely with general practitioners locally and throughout the Netherlands, who regularly refer children to us. Patients with international health insurance are often able to access the clinic without a referral letter.

The clinic maintains a close working relationship with paediatricians at HMC Hospitals (Haaglanden Medical Centre) in The Hague. When urgent hospital care or admission is required, direct paediatrician-to-paediatrician referrals can be arranged, ensuring timely assessment and treatment.
